Email info@workwithlede.com for help with Lede. Lede is a business app, so members of an organisation can also ask their organisation's admins.
When to expect a reply
We reply within 1 business day.
Deleting your account
- Members invited by an organisation: open Profile → Request Account Deletion in the app. Your organisation's admin is notified and completes it. If you cannot reach them, email privacy@workwithlede.com from your account email and we will arrange it.
- Account owners and admins: request deletion from the app, or email privacy@workwithlede.com from your account email. Lede completes it. To delete the whole organisation, go to Organisation → Delete Organisation.
We reply to deletion requests within 30 calendar days.
