What is Lede?

Lede is an operational intelligence platform for organisations that run on frontline teams. It turns the everyday record of frontline work into early visibility of the risks, patterns and issues across your sites, so leaders can act before small problems become big ones.

Who is Lede for?

Operators with distributed frontline teams: aged care, healthcare, cleaning, security, facilities, hospitality and similar. Anywhere shift-based teams hold knowledge that rarely reaches leadership in time.

What apps are included?

Lede is made up of Lede Intelligence (the operational intelligence layer) and a growing set of apps like Handover, with more on the way. Every app shares one source of truth. See the Apps page for the full suite.

Do I need to change how my teams work?

No. Lede fits around existing shift routines. Capture takes minutes and works on any phone, online or offline. The intelligence builds automatically from what your teams already record.

How much does Lede cost?

Two sites are free, always. Adding a third moves your organisation to a paid plan, billed per site per month: Starter at $149, Growth at $229, or custom Enterprise pricing. See Pricing for the full breakdown.

What counts as a "site"?

A site is a single location or operation you manage in Lede: a facility, branch, or place of work. You choose how to define them for your organisation.

How many users are included?

Every site on your plan adds 20 users to one organisation-wide pool, so two sites means 40 users and each person counts once no matter how many sites they work across. On a paid plan you can top the pool up at $20/month per 5-user pack, added automatically as your team grows.

Is there a discount for committing annually?

Yes. Commit annually and your first six weeks are free. You're still billed monthly.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is hosted in Australia, on Amazon Web Services (Sydney region).

Do you use AI, and can we control it?

Yes. Lede uses AI to surface insights and generate reports. AI features are configurable, and administrators can control how they're used across your organisation.

Who can see our data?

Access is scoped to your organisation and controlled by the roles you assign. Only people you invite can see your sites and data.
