Founders
Lede was founded by Bec and Scott, two operators who spent their careers on different sides of the same problem.
Both built their careers in complex multi-site operations. Their portfolios have ranged from more than 100 assets nationally to workplaces across 13 countries, spanning commercial, industrial, healthcare, retail and leisure.
They've led teams of more than 300 people and shaped outsourcing strategy with over 50 partners in cleaning, maintenance, facilities and property.
They kept seeing the same thing. What the day shift knew didn't reach the night shift. What the frontline saw didn't reach leadership. Satisfaction scores moved month to month, and nobody could say why.
They tried the usual fixes. Structured handovers, vendor reporting, KPIs and SLAs, more meetings, more data analysis. Each time, what they learned was lost before the next attempt.
What's changed is AI. It can now make sense of large volumes of information, and make that information conversational. For the first time, what frontline teams notice can reach the people who need it.
